frequently asked questions

1. I'm confused. What gender are your characters?

I take artistic liberty to alter them. So they might be male in one picture and female in another. As a general rule, check the cast biographies to see their preference. ;)

2. What happened to your old manga/pictures?

They're downloadable in zip files because I have too many. If you can't find it in zip, email me about it.

3. What materials do you use?

I can make ANYTHING into art material. =D However, 90% of my work is drawn with pencil and keeping that as lineart I use a WACOM tablet to color on openCanvas and use PhotoImpact for the final color balance and contrast adjustments. I can probably work with Photoshop when I can actually afford to buy it.

5. How long have you been drawing?

I have been drawing for as long as I could pick up a pencil and make marks on paper. I drew my stuffed animals and people around me when I was young, then fanart of anime. I didn't take it seriously until 6th grade when I came up with original characters and became obsessed with Yu-Gi-Oh!

6. Give me some advice for my work!

Motivation, dedication and persistence will lead you to practice, practice and practice. The only way to get better at drawing is by drawing. And drawing. And then drawing some more. LEARN TO SEE HOW TO DRAW.

7. Can I use or copy your art?

Let me know about it first. My general policy is to be respectful, which means to acknowledge your references (in this case, me) so that others who see your work can find the original source should they wish to.

8. Do you do commissions/requests/art trades?

I'm committed to RAVEN at the moment, so no. If you're desparate, hint to me what you want to see and it might mysteriously appear to you sometime in the future.

9. Can we exchange links?

I'm not much of a link out person, this is just a place for me to keep my work organized and share with others like you. You can free link my site if you wish, but a notice is also greatly appreciated!

10. I never got a reply to my message!

I only use one email. Either gmail thought it was spam or I'm procrastinating. When in doubt, email me again. And again. I will reply faster if you do so.
